This scriptural Tablet of Baha'u'llah is printed in the Kitab-i Mubin (The Lucid Book) written and published in the handwriting of Zayn al-Muqarribin (Bombay, xx/ ), page 163-167..
This Arabic scriptural Tablet commences with a double superlative (truncated basmala) "Neo-Basmala" - al-abda` ( = root b-d-` = to generative,,,) then al-abha ( = root b-h-a/y ' = to be beautiful, glorious, splendid, etc) which terms both form a kind of beginning and an end, They indicate an "Alpha" and an "Omega", a "First" and a "Last" of Baha'i Existence; its genesis and its post-worldly super terrestrial realm of existence.
This five or six page Arabic Tablet commences as follows (see trans. below):
It concludes five pages later on page 168 :
They indeed uttered the likeness of their utterance, reflecting the [previous] communities (ummam) of their likeness! So shall We indeed seize them and make them to be a note of instruction (`ibrat) unto all the worlds. May the Spirit and the Baha' be upon thee and upon thy brother and thy mother and thy father and such as might be with thee among those related to thee including those who have believed in this "Mighty Announcement" (al-naba' al-`azim) [ Baha'u'llah] (= Q.78:2).

al-Abda` al-Abha,
The Most Generative-Wonderful-Amazing, the All-Glorious!
[I]
[1] This is a Book-Letter-Missive from before the Self-Subsisting (al-Qayyum) unto a people who are well-informed! [2] How is it then that they turn aside due to a trifling matter (`ala shay')! [3] Nay indeed. By My Lord! the Help in Peril, the Self-Subsisting. How is it that they disbelieve though they are of the [Babi] people who have borne witness (ahl al-shuhd)! [4] Nay indeed! they are [in reality] such as are fast-asleep (ruqud)! [5] By my Lord! the Almighty (al-`aziz), the All-Loving (al-wadud)! They asserted that we were among those for whom something was promised in the Scriptural Tablets (al-alwah), though when the Promised One (al-maw`ud) appeared they disbelieved in both what was Evident (al-shahid) and what was Witnessed [Apparent] (al-mashhud)! [6] This whereupon they further asserted, even though verses (al-ayat) had indeed been revealed, `Is this in line with an appropriate innate disposition (al-fitra)?

They indeed uttered the likeness of their utterance, reflecting the [previous] communities (ummam) of their likeness! Extract from a Tablet of the Bab to Mulla Husayn Bushru'i as the first believer
"Verily I have attained the Day of the First Manifestation [the Genesis of the Beginning] (badi` al-awwal) and by the bidding of the Lord and as a token of His grace, I shall attain the Day of the Latter Manifestation [the Day of the Genesis of the Endtime] (yawm badi` al-ākhir). There is no God but Him and at the appointed hour everyone shall bow down unto Him in adoration."
